Watts brand SunTouch Radiant Floor Warming System

Watts brand SunTouch electric floor warming system. Complete with SunStat programable thermostat, 40 sqft HeatMatrix uncoupling membrane, and 120 volt WarmWire electric cable for 20sqft coverage at 3" spacing. All unused, unopened packaging. Bottom of box containing the plastic membrane got wet while in storage, no damage or effect to product. Installs under tile or other flooring materials. Great in bathrooms in front of sink, toilet or shower floor to warm cold floors. Additional membrane and cable could be added for larger projects.
